Howard Lotsof, who discovered the addiction interupting properties of Ibogaine, is presented the Robert C. Randal Award for Excellence in the Field of Citizen Action at the 2009 Drug Policy Alliance Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for his lifetime of work with Ibogaine.
